Story
I've always felt most inspired by being close to what's actually happening with people. A living, breathing community, their issues, the tools that make a real difference to them.
Blockchain tech drew me in almost a decade ago: the principles of decentralization, self-custody, and the idea that everyone should have freedom over their digital lives. Since then, I've worked directly with a growing community, translating complex, technical ideas - distributed computing, AI, from compute to the models running on it - for people without a technical background.
I later moved into managing the communications team. I've always kept a critical eye on where creative output could improve, and why. Here, my management skills were refined beyond just delegation, into collaboration - following up, tracking, setting objectives and key results (OKRs), but always with an openness to input from everyone.
Most recently, I've been thinking about where I can have the clearest, most visible impact on people - whatever form that takes next.
